β β β β β Officers here are very friendly and helpful. I have personally troubled them with personal problems such as being scam etc. They handled the issue calmly and gave me regular updates, the matters were resolved successfully in the end.

β β β β β Officer with nearly zero knowledge in handling illegal money lending complaint. Has been calling ard n ask for the past 45mins. Keep redo the report. Hopefully the authorities will look into this which I dun think so.

β β β β β Not responding to call for assistance. I waited for the officers to come for at least 1.5hours but always no officers came. Reported illegal gathering of more than 5pax and making alot noise till wee hours on a few occasions from the same neighbour but always no officers come to investigate.

β β β β β Not responsive at all, called twice in the span of 3 houts about noise pollution cause by a group of more than 8 pax while they were at the void deck with their motorcycles parked at the void deck with loud revving etc and no officer came down to assist or settle or even to check it out

β β β β β Dear NPC, I am not sure if you are the coreect authority to request for asisstance when I have a group of men drinking and making noises that is audible from my unit at 542 Hougang Avenue 8. Between 2:27am to 5 :23 am, the group of men just stayed at the void deck and continued drinking, clapping, laughing till this very minute at 5 :26am. Can i kindly ask if the NPC is the right help to seek when such situations arise or is there another government agency that can help with the noisy gatherings at such hours? Thank you

β β β β β Police station conveniently located in the neighbourhood hartland next to MRT station and bus interchange with plenty of dinning shopping banking library postage community centre cinemas entertainment and amenities. Officers are professional warm helpful and approachable. Friendly cosy comfy welcoming ambience for romantic intimates groups students tourists expats locals visitors and families.

β β β β β Very slow and sometimes no show of officer turn up to help on noise pollution. Its better to call central police station for help, it turn out faster. Really wonder if this area have so much cases to handle or they simply don't bother. Hope there is another more helpful line to call for noise pollution as really cannot depend on them.
