β β β β β Was fortunate enough that a friend sent 4 boxes of its delicious soon kueh to me...
The original plain ones are heavenly with translucent, chewy skin with classic flavour.
The green skin is colored with spinach, giving a sense of health. Otherwise they taste the same as the original plain one.
What surprised me pleasantly is the red skin version! They are stuffed with spicy kim chi minced pork...heavenly. Our family may be Singaporeans, but if an alien were to examine our diet, it will think we were Koreans. That box was devoured in under 10min.
All are individually separated with a thin film, thus not sticking together, solving one major irritating problem of delivery/takeaway.
