The Pest Pro adminstration and Coordinator are terrible and horrible on arranging schedule for the drivers cum workers. There's one driver is very poor thing on Monday when the driver came to do service at one of the place nearby mine and I saw his foot already swollen but he still insist on finishing the job. I'm wandering where to find the worker so responsible in their work because when I ask him why don't want to see doctor he says cause the place got mosquitoes scare anytrhing happen so he insist on finishing the job. I really salute to him althou he is limping walk but he manage to do it. Good ! Blessing to him. Hope he is find now. Anyone see this post please help me ask how is he, I've worried for him. Thanks

Terrible service and very irresponsible. Engaged their pest control services, $90 for inspection and $90 for gassing of bees. They were listed on HDB website, but I totally regretted as their customer service is non-existence. During First appointment pest control managed to gas my roof to get rid of bees. But bees kept coming back he next few days and during my second appointment, the pest control person said the first guy did not do the right way as they should locate and remove the bee hive instead of gas-sing the area. Getting the second appointment was not easy. I made an appointment with Pest Pro but the pest control person did not show up. A few calls later and a few days later, then they managed to send someone to check but did not do anything. Now after a month, the problem of bees entering my home still persist and everytime I call their hotline, they say they will check my details and call me back but they never do.

Ultra slow response/ poor customer focus. Have been calling to get a quotation and time after time. No follow up upon multiple request even after the serviceman came down. P.s. Wish I could give a -ve score but still gotta squeeze out 1 star to give this review

Engaged them as there was a rodent in my kitchen. Was told ETA was 1 hour but they came with 20mins. 4 guys came. Totally professional in their duty. Managed to get the rodent out within minutes!! Very very impressed by their skills. Special thanks to the 4 gentlemen!!
