★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very glad to have chanced upon this gem! Service was great, not product pushy and the optometrist also tried to provide some advice to help with choice of specs based on my concerns. Prices are very affordable as well!! Saw many people collecting their specs when I was there. Very pleasant shopping experience overall.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there to get their contact lense casing but was greeted with an unwelcoming reaction by the female staff, realised we entered by the wrong entrance but I feel the reaction was not needed. It does not make any sense to go up the stairs and enter by the front when you are from golden landmark. They proceeded to whisper among themselves that we should have come in by the front door. The male staff was friendly and got me the contact lense casing i wanted. He was the only who was friendly. I feel the attitude is not needed and I am still affected by it. Assumed it was a friendly establishment from their social media presence, guess I was wrong. Was the casing worth that reaction, I dont know.If I had known my family and I would have been treated that way, I wouldn't have bothered to come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for eye check and intention to get a pair of specs after such a long time. Attended by Sheik, and he was attentive, friendly and patience with his explanations. More like a friend then a customer. In the end, took 2 pairs instead, in view of the 50% Ramadhan offer on the 2nd pair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ went to enquire on contacts and get new frames. the staff were friendly and were patient with me when it came to picking out my frames (apologies, I’m very picky). they also helped to inform my mother about the pros and cons of contact lenses for a school-going student! the prices were also reasonable, and there’s a good variety to choose from when it comes to spectacle frames. will definitely come again, thank you!
