Expensive brand name stuff. There are much cheaper places elsewhere in the mall that look the same

Worst customer experience I've ever had. They make you feel like you need to pay for trying on the eyewear if they think you have no money to buy one.

So far my experience with them is great. I bought my prescription glasses sometime last year. It's fitted perfectly from the frame to the glasses. About two weeks ago I noticed the paint coating of the frame peeled off a bit but you can noticed if you look closer. I visited them and asked if they can check with the manufacturer, without hesitation they helped to send it for a replacement. They even take this already good service to a next level. They said my glasses have some tiny scratches which I don't even able to notice and I always take good care of it. So in short I got a new frame and glasses. Thank you Spectacle Hut! During this difficult time you still provide a great service.

Google indicate opening hours 10am, while website indicate opening hours at 10:30am. Hence coming over thinking that it will open at 10am. But when I reach there at 10.40am the shop is not even open yet. More worst is that when I get to talk to with one of the staff that is waiting at the store door, she mentioned that the person who can approve the sale of contact lens will not be in today, hence today they wouldn’t be able to sell contact lens at all. Furthermore I have been purchasing contact lenses with them for FEW YEARS and I still have records with them. Then still I won’t be able to get the contact lens at all if the person who can approve is not in despite being a long time customer with them. I headed down today despite my busy schedule in the morning before heading to work but this is what I get. And the staff who is saying all these did not show good service attitude and was not even apologetic of my waste trip down. At least she should have shown me that she is really sorry that I couldn’t get the contact lenses, that will make me feel better. I believed that the staff should have more training on her customer service skills. Would have to look again in purchasing at this store again. Extremely disappointed at the staff service and also the opening timing that was shown on google and website is not true. Date: 30/03/2022
