Their ??? ??? ??? ??? 滑旦河粉 doesn't disappoint with that alluring wok hey and silken egg gravy! The hor fun was velvety smooth & the ingredients were generous. Did I also mention the fried pork lard strewn all over the dish??⁣ ⁣ Was not expecting duck meat in ngoh hiang (or any variation of meat roll), but the ???? ????? ???? ???? was just as meaty and flavorful! The batter wasn't overly oily and remained crispy despite dabao-ing. The filling comes with deboned duck meat, coarsely chopped prawns, mushroom & water chestnut. Think of it as eating ngoh hiang - but bigger!??⁣ .⁣ ? Address: 352 Clementi Ave 2, #01-153, Singapore 120352⁣

Do not be fooled by the advertisement and review. See the picture and the receipt and judged by yourself. The signature dish”hor fun” is simply over charge at $8 min and totally not worth the price. The pork rib $18 are cover with lots of flour and the small pieces for $18. This is the first time trying and last time to go there

Went Saturday evening for dinner. Hor fun need 0.5 hours wait and other dishes 1 hour wait. I was puzzled by the two extreme ends of reviews that they received. Hor Fun was flavorful and crispy pork lak. Well balanced. It was good when served immediately. I think those who gave poor review probably bought take away. The gravy can become watery after a while.

I've patronised this stall occasionally for many years. Haven't been there for quite awhile. With their recent fame and upgrade I went there to try their highly recommended Wok Tan Hor Fun. Pricey at $8.00. It was late pass dinner hours but not closing time yet. The guy who take the order was like half hearted. Said might be no more before even checking. The Wok Heh was present, just a tad salty. A couple of weeks later went there for late dinner again. This time decided to order Black Bean Sauce Hokkien Mee. It's rather unusual that they use round yellow noodles rather than the usual flat ones. Was absolutely disappointed. There was a big clump of the noodles stuck together and tasted salty as the last experience. Just goes to show how dispassionate the cook is. And the price isn't cheap by coffeshop standard at $7.00 so I was expecting better. You can get this for $5.00. Happened to be the brother-in-law not the featured chef. I noticed most of the time the chef relax outside with a beer and plays with his mobile phone. That explains the inconsistency in standard a few other reviewers mentioned. This is a family run business. Son-in-law is the boss with wife, mother-in-law and brother-in-law. I feel they don't have an understanding of importance of good customer service and PR. I always say "bad service gives good food a bad taste"

Had an high expectation for Good Wok Hei Hor Fun 滑蛋河 after seeing quite a few good reviews.. Purchased takeaway and was not particularly impressed 1. Portion was big for medium $11... can easily feed 3... good 2. Hor Fun barely had wok hei factor as reviewed.... barely 10% had the char flavour. 3.Quite stingy on the egg sauce.... could barely coat 70% properly... so-so 4. The ingredients was quite fresh... prawns, sliced fish, cuttlefish rings, sliced pork and fresh pork lard bits ...good 5. A bit not too generous on green pickled chilli ... asked and only got a small pack even though my portion was a medium size... need improvement Tried another dish which seem to hace good feedback....Deep Fried Big Intestine...$28 1. Kind of pricey but ordered with open eyes.... cannot complain 2. Half portion was quite chewy ( need a minute or so of chewing ) and the other half was quite crispy....so-so... perhaps could be better if dine-in 3. Came with dark sweet sauce condiment, cucumber and pineapple slices which was a good contrast... good

I think the owner does have standards towards his dishes even when there’s a crowd. Went today on Mother’s Day to pack some food, ordered Hor Fun, fried rice and 5 more dishes. Was there at 5:30 to try avoid a bigger crowd but they actually opens nearer to 6pm. Managed to leave with food ard 6:40pm. Have to say good luck to those behind me… Hor Fun tastes above average but not legendary, don’t have the wok hey coz maybe not done by the owner. Duck roll was good, nothing you would have expected when you see the word ‘duck’. Yi Ping Guo was quite solid and the ingredients were luxury, quite matching of its price tag. The rest had some standards but not amazing. Total damage $152 but everyone full and had extras for dabao The downsides are the waiting time and slightly higher pricing. But will return to try other food!

We liked the food the first time we tried, esp the fried yam duck dish & Dong Bo Rou東波肉. There were hits and missed as it with most stalls. Waiting time is always long during weekend, so weekday dinner would work better if you are a resident. We will still eat here when we miss the dishes. You might like to try and judge for yourself though it would be great not to put ? % of your faith in media raves. ?
