β β β β β Most of the time if Im not well I prefer to come here because Dr Paul Ho is so gentle, give good treatment excellently. However, few times everytime before I come I will always call in to make appointment so that I can have que number given. Most of the time even there is que number the registration people will suddenly call in other person to see Dr. If there is urgency I can understand. But I have eyes to see and evaluate cases which is urgent and not urgent. Very bad numbering system. Better no need to give que number if I still have to wait longer! Example que number 10; after seeing pt number 9 in between they will let other people to see Dr. without any good reasons. This is bad!

β β β β β June-15th seen the first visit, yet too see significant changes, after 2nd 29thJun the azemia on her leg was normal as he said would take another month to recover, (makes me wonder), not to mention that we were suppose to get a mechanic certification or so call a letter provided by the doctor as promise wasn't given from them at the end of the payment & (do we have to ask for it?) just found out after reaching home. Just hope their willing to mail it to us when released. As a son it heart breaking when we see her in pain & travel from North area to see him. I do really had things twice.

β β β β β Dr Ho is always a very friendly family doctor. My entire family have been seeing Dr Ho since many years back when he's located at Margaret Drive.
His medication also works very well for my family. and he always go extra miles to do necessary to ensure my family's health is taken care of.

β β β β β Brought mum there as she was tested covid positive at home. Waited a long time for the staff to attend to us after the results of swab was already out. Doc and staff only came after I went to remind them we are still waiting. Consultation is twice the consultation of the clinic next to it. Medicine alone cost $40. Surprised have to top up 20plus. Staff said their consultation is cheap as there are some clinics charging 100plus.
