Hua Kwang Furniture & Decoration - 10 Admiralty St

My family has very bad experience with this company. Not professional and does not provide quotation on demand. Still say that price will increase if quotation is required. Didn't provide pictures of what he has done before when asked upon request. Never check with hdb whether it is pre-frabicated and will allow us to drill. He was not willing to answer a lot of questions even like color, materials. He don't even let you know what materials he is going to use for your renovation. He dismissed every question saying everything will be okay la which is of concern to us as buyers. A lot of messages were not replied and he tried to block my father's phone when we try to contact him. What's not very ethical is that we wanted to cancel just one of the house's renovation and still allowed him to continue another house renovation(my late grandma house) but he decided to cancel both arrangement and swallow all our deposit, saying that it is already part of package which was very absurb. Mr Pang is already playing the missing person game and most probably may not respond to any of our calls since we express our intention to cancel one of our renovation. The deposit is a small thing to us because we were willing to forgo the deposit for one of the house renovation but this puts a bad taste in terms of customer experience and trust. As you can see some of the negative reviews here, we shared similar sentiments with them. I hope this raise some awareness and not end up the same situation as us.

We engaged Hua Kwang to renovate our study room and redo our toilet titles. Mr Pang is a easy accommodate person. We can see he is very experienced too! With just an ezlink card, and a blank paper, he can draw out the entire design for you. Prices and workmanship are superb. Highly recommended for new BTO owners!

Mr Pang is very experienced and highly skilled in what he does. The quality of the carpentry works is excellent. Hua Kwang was able to accommodate all my requests and were able to complete the job despite the tight deadlines they were given. The after sales and follow up after completing the job was prompt and very professional. I will not hesitate to engage them again.

Hua Kwang was the saving grace in our entire renovation. We engage them for the cross over when our original renovation company closed down. They came in, understood the requirements and the Carpentry was done in 2 weeks. It was very quick and efficient considering that they had to schedule time to discuss, measure, draw and quote. The workmanship is also top notch, we actually didn't ask for the bottom of the cabinet to be conceal but they provided us the option free of charge. The best part is that the concealment can be remove if we didn't want it later. For our next renovation, we will certainly use them to do our entire house this time. They're really trustworthy and quick and recommend them to everyone. Friendly and Approachable too! No task is too small for them.

Splendid workmanship that exceeded expectation. Fast delivery within 4-5 week, Responsive to last minute request, The price is reasonable rate, lowest rate in market after comparing several companies, in fact i think it's definitely worth the value. The only thing you need to take note is to tell them the cabinet shelf height, otherwise you might to to remove one level to make space for cooking oil bottle.

I have saw their advertisement on their service at the Straits Time today. Called them up for their service on kitchen cabinet. The rude sale person picked up my phone and declined saying that they do not have the time to do it and cut off the line. I would think it is very unprofessional and rude in their service. They are not sincere to perform, why bother to advertise on the papers. The owner of the company should bear the responsible of such bad behaviour. Thumb-down on this .

Really glad me and my wife engaged Hua Kwang Furniture as our contractor for our first BTO! Great experience dealing with Mr Pang, very friendly and helpful. Throughout the entire renovation period, he was 24/7 contactable and provided us with many renovation advice and tips. Both of us were very held up with work, but i am glad everything turned out well under the hands of Mr Pang. The quality of the carpentary works were also really good! Everything was above expectation. Knowing we had a tight schedule, Hua Kwang also managed to complete our project in time! We are very happy customers and definitely if there is any renovation in future, it will always be Hua Kwang Furniture! Great Work!

Uncle Pang really is old timer carpentry using his eyes to think and design. His advice is good to take note of. What amazing me is that what others has spoken about him using eye power and cash card as ruler. I think that is the way to survive by using the most simple thing to draw. And of course, once you confirm then the measuring tape will be out to measure here and there. Without of much consideration, I decided to engage him to do up my kitchen cabinets. Color’s may be odd but this is what I choose. And without me supervision. He gets his job done. Junior Pang did a great job by answering your enquiries and senior Pang doing the workmanship.
