Hume tiling just completed tiling my 5-room BTO this month and they delivered an excellent finish at a very competitive price point. It’s been a smooth and reassuring journey with Hume tiling. If I had a tiling project in future, I’d definitely engage them again! 10 out of 10 for Adrian’s - Clarity and speed of response to my queries. He’s easily contactable by Whatsapp or calls. - Availability and flexibility of schedule to meet up for discussion, tile shopping, and project sites viewing to look at his ongoing projects - Transparent price quotation, what is advertised is what you pay, no subsequent additional charges. If you have more tiling works besides the tiling package, don’t be shy to ask for the price, what he quote is what you pay, no additional charges along the project - Honesty and humbleness, even if you have met up and discussed with him on your project but find that he cannot beat other contractor’s quotations, he tells you it’s okay to engage other contractor. But I seriously doubt there are many or any contractor that can beat his price point and let you feel assured of an excellent job - Eye for detail, if there are weird corners or fixtures in the unit that would affect tiling works, he would always check with you and propose possible solutions for you to decide - Motivation and dedication, he came to the project site very often to check on the progress and provided regular updates. I’d also like to commend on and thank the Malaysian tiler who did the tiling for my unit. It was a one-man tiling job, which the Malaysian tiler was able to quickly and expertly finish in 11 days, much faster than the estimated timeline of 3 weeks. And because it is a one-man job, the workmanship was consistent and there was almost no lippage.

We engaged Adrian for our new house tiling works. We enquired around before finally deciding on Hume Design. The price quoted was the lowest amongst the rest of the contractors we enquired. Workmanship for the tilings were excellent. After completion, we were extremely happy & satisfied with the service rendered. We then decided to engage Adrian again for our kitchen & Master bedroom carpentry works. He ensured us that the price quoted is the best price we could get. Carpentry works was done perfectly with what we requested . We also engaged Hume Design for our cove lightings aswell and we were amazed by the final outcome. Adrian was professional in his work and also with our enquiries and doubts. He always keep us updated on the work progress. He is punctual and responsible too! Engaged Hume Tiling for a one stop shop solution on tile work installation services for a 5-room BTO flat. Very professional and is customer service oriented. Ensuring that tiles are professionally laid, cleaned and even protected for further renovation works to be done As a service provider myself, am really impress with Hume’s customer service and character whereby the flat is also kept spick and span with rubbish cleared properly after tiling works are done. What was done: 1. Floor tiling at toilets, kitchen and balcony, 2. Wall tiling at toilet, kitchen and balcony, 3. Replacement of all water pipes, 4. Plumbing works including installation of toilet bowl, basins and other toilet accessories, 5. Built partitions, 6. Install glass at partitions, 7. Replacement of dustbin, 8. Built base for kitchen cabinet, 9. Built wall at toilets and kitchen area. Adrian has been very helpful since the first day we met. He willingly guided us although some of our renovation works was not tiling. He gave us his frank opinions and facilitated us to meet our tight budget. Just one thing to note if you decide to engage Hume or any contractor, be sure to put it in writing what needs to be done and how it is to be done. Written in the form of whatsapp or whatever. whatever is being discussed should be written in details with both parties acknowledgment, EVERY SINGLE DETAIL. Because there’s so much to do during a renovation, both parties may forget what was discussed and to avoid any misunderstanding or miscommunication at a later stage. We did face stumbling blocks (it’s normal and just part and parcel of life) but Adrian helped us to manage the situation and put everything back to meet our expectations. His team (special shout out to Mr Aik - Best Tiler Ever) is highly reliable and professional. No words could express how thankful we are for his hard work. I could see those “salonpas” pasted on his back. It was likely that he was having back ache but he persisted to complete the works perfectly. I truly respect those in this line. The dust and working environment is tough. I couldn’t stand it not even for half an hour. But they could endure it for days. Truly amazing people! Thank you Hume, Adrian, Mr Aik and team for making our new home an amazing place to live in. ???‍♀️ Highly recommended and i’ll definitely engage them again for any tiling works. I was surprised that I wasn’t the only one who engaged Hume. My neighbours also engaged them before and we love their standard of work and professionalism. Note: I had a relative whose tiler couldn’t complete their tiling works (they had almost similar tiles at my balcony) due to incompetency. their tiler had to hack and retile with other tile design. Tiling isn’t so simple after all. Alot of art, science and maths are involved. ☺️ If you are looking for a true renovation company, Hume Design & Tiling is the expert in tiling works.

I engaged him for his service to help install floor tiles, living room cabinet, feature wall, shower screen and many many more others. I have no other better word to describe the quality and services of their work is definitely one the best I received out here. The 3 'R' that I would give Adrian is that he is very responsive, responsible and and price offered by him is very reasonable.
