β β β β β Terrible Treatment, attitude and service with an incredibly high price. Multiple treatments of hundred bucks failed to resolve the issue and still have the audacity to tell me the treatment is meant to still be hurting, saying if i dont like it i can go to the hospital.
Better off looking for other TCM, this place is just trash scamming old people money through multiple "treatments". Wont recomended coming here.

β β β β β θ‘ε»εΈ is a very effective physician, this review is written after the second time i went there. The 1st time happened to be 2 to 3 years back, also for the same problem. It was extremely painful but it worked which is the whole purpose of visiting.

β β β β β I went to Physician Cai for the first time seeking treatment for shoulder and knee issues. The treatment fees was $150 which c/o of bone setting and acupuncture on my shoulder, back and knee, and was advised to return in a week.
One week later, i returned to follow up for my shoulder as my knee felt better and told her to give treatment only to my shoulder. I received the same procedure on my shoulder and back. However, i was still being charged the same fees of $150.
I find the consultation fees for the 2nd visit quite unreasonable. Even tho I questioned on the fees, the TCM insists on the same price and I was told that the treatment was for shoulder and back.

β β β β β Dr Cai is not the gentle but the traditional kind of practitioner. If you can't stand bone setting and rough adjustment, it's better to look for another TCM.
Some honest and genuine experience:
1. She holds a doctorate in TCM.
2. Her charges are not exactly cheap ($60-$120)
3. Most importantly her treatment works for me.
4. She is fierce, she scold me once and this what was what she said: "If you cannot stand the pain, you shouldn't come here, I have to make things things right, as your shoulder is in a wrong position. In order to correct it, it is going to be painful!"
For 3 years, I have been visiting her whenever I have sprained myself.
Hope it helps you in deciding if you should visit her.
