★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Popular store with the old folks, as it offers steamed fish also, and dishes like braised vegetables. Very crowded during meal times, and finding seats might be an issue. Soup was rich but felt it lacks the white pepper kick. You can see some uncles drinking tea with their bah kut teh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the famous brown BKT store in Yuhua (the other one serves a white recipe). The soup was nicely peppery and deep tasting and the peanut broth was nice. The meat was nicely chewy (not the soft type) and had Q. It was a very busy shop but the service was good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good neighborhood BKT stall. Expect to queue for seats if you go too late in the morning. The braised pork is a must. The soup and ribs are still good but seems to have gotten diluted and tough (respectively) over the years.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mum loves the pig kidney soup. Came to this market twice and both times she had the pig kidney. The first experience was better, today was good but not as great as the first.
Today we came earlier than 10am, about 930am. Very short Q. Other time came aft 10am, serving time was ard 20-30mins.
The pig kidney is well cleaned and has a very pleasant taste. For $6, u will get 6 HUGE clean pieces.
