The pulled meat on the biang biang noodles was good, but that was pretty much it. The texture of the noodles more resembled lamian and wasn’t as chewy as I had hoped. Liangpi noodles were forgettable by themselves but were still tasty with the addition of copious amounts of chilli oil. Tragically, the soup had a bitter aftertaste and I couldn’t eat more than a bite. The rice wine was pretty delicious but was rather diluted and wasn’t served cold enough. Service was quick but curt. Wait staff seemed to enjoy a hit and run style in which they dropped food off and turned tail as quickly as possible, such that it was excruciatingly difficult to get their attention for extra utensils or condiments.

My experience in this type of noodles is limited so thought I’d give them a go. This place is located on the second floor of the 321 mall in Clementi. I ordered the signature beef noodles, with the shaved noodle option. Along with what I can best call a X’ian hamburger (see picture). Ordering was done virtually using a QR code. Menu was complete yet not overly crowds, as was the place. The noodles arrived and it was quite a hefty portion. The soup was fragrant and the noodles done slightly Al dente. The beef was tender and plentiful. Soup was beefy but not overpowering. I added the chilli oil tho even now, I’m still in two minds if it was needed. I did cos I like everything spicy but there were merits to taking the soup as it is. Overall a dish worth returning for. Also, maybe try the Biang Biang noodles the next time. The burger tasted as it looked in the picture and it was pretty nondescript. Taste was mild and I dipped it in the chili sauce tho I think spicy mustard would have been great and probably upped the ante on the burger. Overall, the food was edible, and the shaved fresh noodles were good. Ambiance was cafeteria sterile and the service efficient, prompt.

Best Most Authentic Xi An Cuisine in Singapore and the staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful! Our favorite dish was the 3 in 1 biang biang noodles. Very grateful and thankful to Lady Boss Cui for taking good care of us during our visit.

BB's friend recommended Huangtudi XI'AN Delights 黄土地西安小吃 for their noodle dishes, and it was absolutely BIANG for the buck (lame pun, don't whack me with noodles thanks?)! ⁣ ⁣ If it's your first time here (like BB) or unsure of what to get, just try their ?-??-? ????? ????? ???????! The triumvirate of toppings, consisting of minced meat sauce, tomato egg sauce & oil spill chilli, is an absolute BIANG-er with its robust flavours. You get to enjoy the meaty and savoury flavours from the minced meat, tang from the tomato and mild heat from the chilli all in one single bowl! The hand-pulled noodles have such a silky smooth texture and firm springy chew - really satisfying to slurp on! Felt that the medium heat (中辣) level really no kick, so you can opt for their spiciest option if you love spicy food. ???⁣ .⁣ ? Address: 321 Clementi Avenue 3, #02-08, Singapore 129905⁣

Order: - Chinese Macaroni, Chinese hamburger Taste: - The Macaroni was not my thing, decent food but not something i’ll order again. The hamburger was very juicy tho, a bit salty to my taste but definitely would recommend. Environment: - The restaurant now has a new outlet, which was is way cleaner than the previous one. A bit crowded even on a weekday. Service: - Fast service, but forgot my friend’s order. could be better if they went the extra mile to be more friendly. Price: - The Macaroni was definitely cheap for an authentic Xi’An noodle in singapore. The Hamburger was normal price. Location: - As mentioned above, it’s a new restaurant, located in a shopping mall.

Hidden gem located on the second level of 321 Clementi. The star of the meal was the 肉夹馍 and 油泼刀削面. Biang Biang noodles and 西安凉皮 were delicious but not extraordinary, albeit the noodles were al-dente and has good texture. Price and portion were reasonable. Cost approximately $25 for 2 pax. They sell 冰峰 here which is essentially orange soda but definitely a childhood drink in Xi An.

1st visit to 321 Clementi and by random chance, decide to tryout Huang Tu Di. Must say...Real glad we made the right choice! Nice ambience, do expect food to be slightly delayed (about 10-15 mins) as I observe their food delivery orders are quite popular. Ordered their famous Biang Biang noodle and WOWed by the flavourful soup, very soft and tender noodle. Finished entire bowl including last drop of the soup. The "burger" was absolutely delicious, crispy bun and flavourful and tender meat. My wife who seldom consume pork becomes an instant fan of this "burger" Had some side dishes and they were very tasty as well. Service staff was prompt and friendly. We will return to try out other dishes.

Ordered via QR code. Checkout link in the webpage was not easily accessible. Could improve on that. Ordered signature beef noodle, chicken & pork noodle dry (干捞面), braised pork meat bun, cold pig ear, spicy sour potato shred and Xian sour plum drink. None of the dishes are memorable or worth a revisit. Beef from beef noodle was soft and tender but soup base lack of punch. Chicken and pork noodle again lack of flavor, ratio of meat to noodle was too small, meat bun was average.
