Great service and response time. Was worried that I would not be able to transport my goods to my customers on-time, as it was too last minute. Really grateful that the team managed to deliver as promised.

Details shown from the online tracking given does not even tally close to what the operator has mentioned. I called several times to get information on my delivery but never get a proper reply or feedback, hence don't even know when the item can be collected. Will never use this company's service.

Called themselves the last mile delivery for LAZADA seafreight agent.... its a disgrace to LAZADA, NINJAVAN and even TAOBAO. The phone line used for customer service is hotter then a radio station hotline, if you tried to call and luckily managed to get some human to pick up the phone and if you are luckily enough to get their so call customer service to speak to you , the customer service is so polite and helpful , but they never keep their promise of calling you back . The promised delivery date is never met and to make thing worst their so call manager ANDY without a surname will call and push you and fill you with their cock and bull story and with no respect for customers. Well maybe HUB Distribution started off with a good and hard working founders , but HUB Express customer service is a disgrace for this company. As someone from CWT used to say, as a logistic company, promise and trust is the upmost importance. Good luck to you

I would give zero stars if it was possible. The comments by everyone else is true. Parcel in Singapore for days, and still not sent out for delivery. Their phone staff only gives you empty promises. When you call again, someone else picks up the phone to give you another empty promise.

What a joke of a company. Received a Ninjavan notification that my shipment was on its way. Waited the entire day and it never came. Tracking on Ninjavan showed it was picked up 5 days previously and supposedly delivering. Called Ninjavan only to find out Hub Logistics was their last mile delivery partner using their tracking system. For 3 days I tried calling Hub but either nobody picked up or they said to wait for a return call which never happened. Finally got hold of someone, who said my shipment will be delivered the next day. Guess what? It never came.

Zero stars would be more appropriate. Very slow shipping. Customer service is a joke, be ready to spend lots of time on hold. You will be very lucky to actually be able to speak to someone. No answers given on status of shipment, they just take down your contact details and never get back. Very frustrating. We bought items for an event one month in advance, but still couldn't receive the shipment on time.
