Yes I'm a volunteer to bring one of the Auntie to this ST Logistics to collect the item from this auntie nieces who is incarcerated in prison a this auntie couldn't understand English ask me to bring her to collect the property of her nieces, has been helping auntie one years plus her age is75 year. Ok that is also the first that l have been to ST Logistics n it help me to know this place is for collection of a person who r sentence by court n after family members can go to CPL to get a declaration form sign by the one who are in there.

I received very poor security service from both of your security guards on the 11 February at 1040hrs. My grab driver actually dropped me off behind the barrier and security guards was screaming at me to not walk there which I wasn’t aware and couldn’t understand what or why they were saying.I understand that the purpose of security guards is to safeguard the people and partly was my fault for walking there. I have apologize to the guards and told him to talk in a nicer tone and if he’s having a bad day please don’t project it on others, he was being defensive. The other security guard told me off to sit down and there’s no need for me to talk which was pretty rude to me. I was just hoping maybe next time you can put signs or the drop off point and also make sure that the security guards are more helpful towards the people in order to have a better reputation. 3 stars because your ST logistics staff, Nathiya is really nice .
