First experience at Hugabo last week (week of 2nd May) was relatively well. I had the Batang fish soup with la Mian and it was clear, fresh and good! But today (10/5) at around 4.10-4.15pm, when I approach their counter, I was told they are close for rest from 3-5pm. However no signage was put up to inform customers thus I was shocked as I had expected the place to open (from google, it states it was open until 9.30) Just a suggestion to at least put up signage to inform customers your opening hours and also include your rest hours so that they are aware. And also if possible, please review and amend your rest hours into your google page as well.

Rarely write reviews but the Pao Fan is fantastic! Ingredients are fresh, soup tastes really good! Nothing to complain about :) Ordered my 4th Pao Fan already and will definitely go back for more.

I ordered mala beef with beef ball. Beef was tender and balls was hand made. Many ingredients worth for the price. Staff was friendly but did not introduce their set meal to me

Don't be deceive by photos..this eatery is terrible!! Had their seafood soup and la mian which costed $11..photo shown was grouper fish but given tioman fish without even informing customer.. But worst of all, the soup was bad and not rich enough to justify itself as a seafood soup.. Very disappointing as paid such price for a bowl of thrash..

Tried mala beef soup, tomato with beef and beef balls as well as the batang fish soup on separate occasions. Beef ball was unique and flavourful. Slightly pricey but loved the food. Staff were really friendly as well. Wish that all the selections were the same for all the soup base though.

The superior Chinese soup is light and very tasty. Perfect for what I need now. Batang fish soup is fresh and delicious too. Husband likes the Oreo panna cotta and the barley bits inside the multigrain rice. We will be back!

Excellent fish soup for the price point!! The fish soup is creamy, rich in flavour and very well boiled, you can taste the essence from the fish bone broth. THEY ADD QUINOA TO THE RICE!!! Value for money. 10/10 would come back again.

2 stars for the tomato soup - it's too sweet for me, I got so sick of it towards finishing my meal. The portion is decent though. Would give the rest of the dish 4 stars, but since the soup is the essence of it, overall rating 2 stars.
