★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was served piping hot. Dish had full range of cuts: pig stomach, skin, belly meat, large intestines, tau kwa, tau pok, fish cake and half an egg.
My only gripe is the rice noodles strips. It was probably overcooked and disintegrated easily. Otherwise it is a tasty meal to savour.
