★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty bad service. I went there based on cashchanger’s rate. Upon asking for the rate, they offered me a lower price even when i told them i wanted to change more they said that was the best rate. The most unbelievable part was that they changed their rate on cashchanger on the spot as i was standing outside the money changer & he informed me it was updated. Very unreliable & dishonest. Definitely not recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok so the hours on their door said 11-5pm Monday-Friday. I waited half an hour for them to open their doors. Even when I walked up to the counter, I was rudely told to wait.
Yes their rates are slightly higher for conversions from Aud to sgd but for it to be so out of the way from where I was staying to then wait, be treated rudely and then given SHORT CHANGE... I would’ve been happy to do the currency change in Raffles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are using cashchanger website to check the rates here, it is not reliable; the rate I got was lower than other placeseven at SGD500! Rather go all the way down to Raffles to do it. I would suggest you show the staff the rate you are seeing on your mobile instead of asking them first or they may simply offer a poor rate depending on their mood or business for the day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor rates. To illustrate to you, I was quoted 1.025 sgd to aud when i could have gotten 1.042 on youtrip that same day. I would highly discourage you from going here.
