Condo has facilities like swimming pool, gymnasium, tennis court. 5-7 minutes walk from Hill view MRT and connectivity options are good to travel across different places in singapore

Just opposite is the hill for hiking.
Next to it around 2.5 kms is Nature's Park.
Indeed a wonderful place to relax your body and mind.
Opposite is rail mall for urgent shopping and quick meals.
Also, it has a bar for night-ful time.
Recommend to go to Giant at Beauty World for surplus one time shopping esp for groceries.
Overall good and so is the rent. Rent is increasing and going above 2.2K even for smaller units.
