★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's difficult to find a condo that has plenty of breathing space and a generous size of swimming pool suitable for laps training. Other facilities are 1 jacuzzi, 1 playground, 1 gym, 2 tennis courts, 2 squash courts, 2 function rooms, 3 BBQ pits, 1 kids play room, 2 saunas (though this one is quite pointless cos it's already hot in SG). If it's still not enough, you can go out and exercise in nature as it's sandwiched by a few nature parks: Bukit Timah, Bukit Batok and Little Guilin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to stay and live. It has beautiful swimming pool and a function hall to celebrate important occasions. Serene ambiance and great connectivity with two bus stops at the doorstep. 3 or 4 bus stops to BukitPanjang Mrt

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Taking a visit back here after all these years seems like a trip back to an idyllic time, when I came home each day to a peaceful town safely isolated from the busy world lying just beyond it's groomed shrubs and cream coloured walls. Very thankful indeed for the days I spent here during my early childhood!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The estate is badly maintained. Paint work faded, algae and cracked floors in many parts of common area, including swimming pool. Club house is also not well maintained. The entire estate lacks of vibrant and luxurious look
