β β β β β As I took the first bite of love letters from Hung Huat, I could immediately tell that these are traditional love letters baked over charcoal. It was light, airy and very fragrant! It's so good that I absolutely cannot stop eating them (probably eating them faster than it takes for the shop to make them over charcoal fire, hahaha)
I also found out that they have for eg cookies that are lower in sugar, crab sticks that are not deep fried like the usual ones. You can tell their passion to serve delicious (yet healthier) treats for their customers. I definitely need to stock up more goodies from Hung Huat closer to CNY!

β β β β β Tried the salty tau sar piah (I'm guessing made by them since it's in a clear container without branding) and it's super soft and delicious! Absolutely love it; it definitely fulfilled my craving :D
I saw from other reviews that their pineapple tarts and mooncakes are awesome as well; will definitely come back to try their other items :)
