★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality built. In 3 years time had to change twice the sensor due to the poor manufacturing and quality build. Everytime coming at a cost.
Do not buy this brand as this not a reliable brand despite being very expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was surprised that Hurom's juicer warranty doesn't cover parts. Less than a year old and the filter frame housing the auger cracked with some basic usage, costing 90 SGD to replace. Won't be buying the brand again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told different price by the phone, arrived to the service center they bluntly wanted x1.5 of the price promised on the phone. And even the original price is higher than the cost of the part plus shipping fees from Korea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the latest Hurom slow juicer in Apr. Found out there was a break in cap. I called up in the morning. The staff by the name of Julie told me the replacement parts for this latest model only coming in late May. However she went the extra mile to check with logistics side if they can give me an immediate replacement from current stock. I got it on the same afternoon. Great customer service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BUY HUROM SLOW JUICER unless you are expecting to use it for less than 1 year or... purchase it with 5 years warranty including coverage of parts.
Was in the middle of preparing for the garlic, ACV, lemon and ginger concoction and suddenly, the juicer refused to turn. After struggling and finally removed the part chamber, the motor sound can be heard but the juicer no longer turn anymore.
Paid $65 and technician turned on the juicer switch and informed beyond repair. Conclusion: DO NOT BUY HUROM JUICER

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The juicer itself H-AA Series does a good job. However, it gets stuck very often & needs significant force to unlock & clean. Also, within 3 years, I've had to go to the Service Centre twice to replace parts. I was told they cannot provide spare parts as the juicer wasn't purchased in Singapore through the Official Distributor! Even if I was willing to pay full price for the spare part, they weren't ready to sell them. They suggested I buy a new machine through them. Won't be buying it again, especially when it's such an expensive machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Hurom H200, and as I was new to this machine, I did a boo boo and caused the hopper to get stuck. I wrote an enquiry for help late at night and the very next morning, Kristine called. She was so calm and assuring and I decided to pay the service centre a visit. The after-sales service was superb and an experienced gentleman fixed my machine, and gave me some great advice as I was such a newbie. Thanks so much and with such a great service, I am rest assured that I can always get the best help.
