Very lousy customer service. Stock is not available due to MCO in Malaysia, but there is no update until I sent several emails checking on my orders. After several reminders, they replied my email saying that stock will be available after 1st Feb. today is 3 days after 1st Feb, I have not seen my air purifier and there is no update from their customer service till date.

Itโ€™s just a pity we did not get to try the air purifier in the end. It looked so sleek and there we nothing but glowing positive reviews on their own website. However, As far as service standards go in our modern era, this is utterly unacceptable. We made THREE confirmed appts on 28/1, 5/2 and 6/2 for the delivery of the Cosmo Air Purifer and all 3 times there was a NO SHOW. The delivery window was between 2-6pm, and by the time the window was missed, their shop was closed for the day (at 5pm). Subsequent attempts to contact the โ€˜customer service Hotlineโ€™ were unsuccessful. The line is perpetually engaged. Other communication avenues like Facebook messenger and emails take days to reply. There isnโ€™t any attempt from the company to contact even if there is a delivery delay, or to change appointment if they cannot make it. Felt like a scam. Eventually had to go down to their warehouse itself to request a refund. So much hassle, so much worry, and how can anyone ever trust a company like this.

This is ridiculous! !!! We ordered online 16 Jan, no stock thatโ€™s the earliest delivery can be 26 jan, ok, however, on 26 jan we waited 4 hours in the evening but didnโ€™t receive and no one informed us! next day we called and was informed that their system got problem thatโ€™s why we didnโ€™t receive their email of MCO restrictions in Malaysia. Then rescheduled delivery today Feb 2nd , but AGAIN another 4 hours waiting still no delivery and no call, nothing !!!! Really super lousy, never experienced this kind of customer service before!! And We DO give our phone number but they NEVER call!

Beware of terrible aftersales service. Do NOT recommend. Would give 0/5 if available. Delivery was made to a landed area. Deliveryman failed to ensure recipient is aware of the delivery and left the purifier by the roadside, and was subsequently stolen. COSMO claimed it was a contact-less delivery due to Covid-19, and that someone waved from inside the house. But the contact-less mode of delivery was neither indicated online nor made known to me during purchase. While the recipient was home, the recipient was not aware that it was a delivery. A wave of hand could be "hello", "pls leave, i dont want to buy your products". I had compromised and sought for a partial refund for a product that was never received. But the only response from COSMO is to file a police report, which I have indicated I would have done so if I was the recipient. Never buy a product again from a company that denies and shifts responsibility wholly onto consumer.

Ordered this at end of December 2020. Still waiting for it arrive. Not sure if it will delivered ? If arrived month later. Good purifier, works well and easy to operate. Made a second ordered in the beginning of this year. Delivery was prompt.

Placed an order on 28th Feb, stated same day delivery but till today 3rd March no updates from the COSMO team on the delayed delivery. Tried calling them but no one answered.
