He conducted a very thorough site inspection and concluded that it wasn’t a leak issue that we had. Despite of this, he took time to give us his own expertise and detailed instructions as to how we can tackle the problem.
Contractors always get a bad rep and we were initially nervous about randomly googling for contractors online so we are extremely thankful to have found an honest and genuine one in Alan. We didn’t get to engage Hydroseal’s services this time, but we will definitely keep them in mind for future use and will recommend them to anyone we know. Thanks Alan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Joseph Pang is definitely a God-sent. A relatively long-term contentious issue with my condo managing agent but was resolved with his help almost instantaneously. Joseph is very experienced and professional: he really knows his stuff well. And in spite of knowing our roof work is under warranty with appointed contractor where he may not get the contract to work on the issue, he volunteered to speak with our agent with details and patience. I'm so very grateful to him. He has certainly far exceeded the expectation of what's needed. May God bless him and his family richly.
