Marc and his team were very punctual for site visit to my place. They explored the issues and instill confidence in their expertise and skill. On day of work, the workers were professional and considerate. Even went out of their way to clean up their area of work so that as house owner, I did minimal cleaning after that. Will wait to see if quality of work when heavy rain comes in due course! Marc has been very responsive in reverting messages and gives assurance.

From enquiry to completion of works, everything was done swiftly & professionally. There was no hard selling at all, and the details of the works were well stated in the quotations. Marc was very responsive & accommodating to my requests - even last minute change of start date due to urgent matters, to which I felt was truly a good customer service. The works done were of great quality - I was even given photos of the works done for the day which were really assuring. The level of cleanliness was impeccable as well. They took the initiative to even lay out the flooring to the roof hatch with plastic covers - something which many contractors would not do unless requested. Engaged this company to re-roof a very old one which was leaking in numerous spots. Richard was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to, knew the problem that I was trying to fix even before reaching my place for an assessment (done homework! Well done!). The project started on time and successfully completed within the estimated time frame. Richard was very responsive with clarifications and provided daily updates on the progress of the project via photos sharing on WhatsApp communication. Marc and his team did a fantastic job removing plants from my roofs, waterproofing walls and painting it. I had peace of mind throughout the project, Marc’s team were professional and polite, patiently explaining the details to me. The scaffolding was quickly assembled within a day and the team started cleaning the roofs on the very first day.

The workers that attended to the job were professional and courteous. It is evident that their roofer Ohid is very experienced, he is able to identify and recommend solutions to many issues. He would also explain to me what was done and why he did it at the end of the day. Cleanup was done daily to keep the place tidy before they left. My roof looks brand new now!

I engaged The Roofing Specialist to waterproof and rejuvenate my 45 year old roof. Marc was highly responsive to all my queries, coming down more than once to recce before giving a quote. His team of workers were very professional and polite. They did a thorough job, even going the extra mile to paint my chimney, always letting me know when they were done and leaving for the day, and ensured the area was cleaned properly after the works. Having recently renovated my home, I have to say Marc’s workers are really the most professional I have encountered in the construction/repair industry. From the photo you can see the rejuvenated roof in comparison to the neighbour’s which is the original!

Marc was also very flexible in accommodating other contractors’ schedule engaged for other parts of my home upgrading project, resulting in an interruption in his own schedule. From the first contact with Richard, to meeting Marc, who came with his foreman, the experience was reassuring and professional. They came to inspect an issue I had with my place and gave advise, discussed solutions, and more importantly, were very quick to deploy the team to help with my issue.
