Uncle Tan (or Uncle Cartoon as he called himself) was very helpful and skilful in the installation of our Hydroflux Wish. We appreciated his recommendation of the machine placement and his suggestions. He had a playful and fun personality that made a mundane installation feel like a fun event. Machine was a little taller than expected but size was reasonable. The flow rate was excellent and the simple filter change is helpful. So far so good but let’s see over time ?

Newly purchased Wish water filter from sales person Bryan who patiently explained the features. Uncle Kim Wah did the installation well, very friendly and experienced, and gave us detailed explanation how to use and maintained the filter. Filter looks good and easy to use, will recommend!

Uncle Tan was pleasantly superb. He helped fixed & also his explaination was clear. Overall I am impressed with Hydroflux. From the moment I stepped in their showroom, i was swooned. Even though, had to wait a few extra weeks due to the feative season. Thank you to Jordy too.

Update review 11 July - Still waiting for the service recovery team to respond to my request after a 3rd replacement done by Uncle Tan (Cartoon Tan) on 27 June. A reminder text was sent. We shall see how fast their response is. Update Review 22 June - Got a new replacement unit. Fixed it up within 5 mins, tested and no leakage from the nozzle. Thought all was ok and 张师傅 left. Did a quick check on the exterior and found a bulging area on the cover and water leakage below the unit (see updated photos)! Quickly call up Desmond & he said it could be during the installation over at Korea side which caused it. He managed to get 张师傅 back within an hour to check and found the clip within the cover had came loose (some QC issues seriously) and proceed to open up the side to clip properly. All was ok until 张师傅 dropped the 1st screw into the machine and now the whole unit need to open up from the front (additional 6 screws need to be removed) to retrieve it. You can feel "the pain" when he tried to force open the front just to get that screw out. Seriously a brand new unit being "break open" infront of you is definitely not acceptable which the same was told to Desmond that the service recovery effort is below acceptable level. Desmond said he will need to speak to his boss and had also reported the QC issues to his Korean counterpart (which probably nothing will change if the same batch of WISH had been shipped out). Was told to continue to monitor and use the unit 1st till he received a reply from his boss. Hiaz. 18 Jun - A real disappointment when you received a defective machine, brand new from the box on day 1. While the installation and Uncle Foo's professional guidance on how to use the machine was good, we noted water droplets was dripping after dispensing water. We thought it will stop after a few drops but it didn't. We placed a glass below the nozzle and left it overnight and we collected almost half cup of water! Bad leakage. Called up the agent & said they will come and tighten the nozzle or the tubing within on an earliest slot. How would anyone accept your new purchase to be "opened up" and repair within? Total disappointment.

bought H1675S hot and cold water purifier and i especially like the night light function of the dispenser! could easily get water on my cup without switching on the light! I gave a 4* grading because everything (till installation) was good except the salesperson.. might recommend the brand and water purifier but definitely not the salesperson, Jayd.. I'm the kind to strike off any salesperson that is only nice during consultation but produced sloppy work and attitude after deposit and after sales service!

Great experience with Elisa. She is very helpful and patience ☺ Answer all our questions promptly. The water purifier is so pretty and useful, especially those with young babies/kids. Save lots of time and energy as compared to boiling water from kettle ?
