Reasonable pricing of water dispenser set, fliter change and servicing .Did not overcharge customer. Has been calling for his service since 2015 till date.

My term contractor told me that my thermostat is faulty, so as per my company SOP we have to obtain 3 quotes. Watermaxx was fast to contact me after receiving my email. John came down to check, and it was actually just a connection problem which my term contractor fail to check. He came down, rectify and did not charge me. Im really grateful. John was honest and trustable. Thank you John and Watermaxx! I look forward to work with you guys in the future!
