Teacher Priya who assessed my son and gave full guidance by saying what is the problem we are facing and Teacher Priya assured that he will start to read soon with confidence... Thanks to Teacher Priya and Teacher Olivia...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Teachers there are good and professional. Good for pre-schooler who is learning the basic to read. However customer service have to be improved. Very poor communication and rude of current customer service Officer in kovan outlet. Keep saying will follow up and let us know but no reply at all. Have to text the number but takes few days to reply and recently still pending for a reply that was asked since last week. Refund process have no procedure, takes more than 2 months for the refund and have to keep following up, otherwise it will be ignored.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been told for a guaranteed place (first on the list) to register my girl to start but this day never come. Reason being that there’s another one that came before me and because I wanted a specific day and time as my son who currently is in the same. (Btw, she recommended the day and time, not me)
Despite on-site checking, she kept delaying the date. Likely she forgot about my girl registration.
Very bad managed.
