★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was gifted a fave voucher. Tried calling to book, but was so difficult to get them on the line. Finally, 3 weeks after getting the gift, I was able to call through. Before I mention Fave voucher, she said they were fully booked and asked for another available day. After I mention Fave voucher, they said I have to book one month in advance and told me to complain to Fave if anything. Fave voucher indicated 24 hours in advance.
They then said that they will call be back, and hung up without asking for my number. No point putting up Fave if the Company has no intention of fulfilling the vouchers. Very bad experience, bad customer service.

they called back to schedule, they do not have massages everyday and it is pretty booked throughout.
