Even though the success rate for my specific case was low, the team assured me their best efforts and actually followed up within just two weeks. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personable and professional staff we have there. They always keep me on the lookout for the progress of my case and was quick yet clear in answering questions. They took over my case which is quite complicated and without a huge help from a lawyer this won’t be solved in a matter of days and it might take me years to wait. Would use IRB in a heartbeat again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Ms. Indhuja was the assigned lawyer to prepare for me a Deed of Acknowledgment of Debt document.
She was genuinely interested of the background of the debt, and gave her take on the situation from a legal standpoint.
She was also prompt in arranging for the Commissioner Of Oath to witness the signing of the document.
She showed a personal touch in our interactions, and that make the whole process less intimidating and more understandable.

They gave me good advice, always looking out for my rights and work closely with me to settle any negotiation. They are always just one call away to answer my questions and the price is very reasonable.
