The law firm service is really the worst I have encounter. Not responsive at all, couldn't get to the lawyer at all. Always directed to the admin in charge which says they will revert back but it never does! Bad attitude as if they are paying us.

The company is so professional. I asked a lot of questions and the staff were all more than willing to answer them! Even when there was a small hiccup to the transaction, they handled everything very professionally and made me feel so much at ease. Thank you!

I have been recommended to use this firm from one of my friend. However the service is totally unacceptable as not professional as well as irresponsible. I have requested to change the completion date from 19/12/20 and despite several follow up and finally I got their reply on 29/12. I thought that they have take action pertaining to my request until I heard from the seller that they are not being informed and I again follow up with the firm to remind them again on change of date on 18/1/21 and despite several follow up again they didn't reply me at all until I filed a complaint against the secretary and she called me to informed me that they can't change the date as not enough time and need to pay extra money, etc. I have given them 1.5 months to change date and they told me not enough time?????? She totally ignore my request and don't bother to do it until I have no more patient but to complaint about her than she start to take action by telling me not enough time.... this is extremely unacceptable. Also, the head of the firm didnt bother to take action as to salvage the situation. I am paying money to get this type of service?????? And now already 1/2/21 and my request on earlier completion date on 3/2/21 definitely cannot be fulfilled, and no news up to date. What kind of service being provided? Can this so called "service"? Do not use this firm as they don't even bother or capable to do that's supposed to be required.
