She took time to explain the different types of brow embroidery and what suited my requirements. She was very patient and quick with the micro blading. I’ve been attended by Jane who also goes by the name Yan, for the past 2 years. I got to know Jane through my mum, as Jane has been doing her nails for the past 6 years. Jane has done brow shaping & threading, lash lifts & brow embroidery for me all this time. She knows the style I like but would talk me through what suits my face best & I would stick with what she suggests because she can give me her opinion as another person’s perspective when looking at my face. She would take her time for brow embroidery as she is meticulous & has very gentle hands. Before blading the ink in, she would draw the brow shape first & look at her work under different lightings & from different angles before correcting her work until she is satisfied with the outcome. During the blading process, she would stop every 2-3 mins to ask if the numbing cream effects has worn off & if more is needed. All in all, I definitely would recommend Jane because she is meticulous & has creativity.

I was always reluctant to have embroidery on my eyebrows and eyeliners till I met Sammi, formerly from their Novena Studio. She is confident, skillful, patiently explained and assured painless procedures. She always knows my needs and had my eyebrows eyeliners embroidery by Sammi for over 7 years and very satisfy with the results. In addition, I took up laser hair removal packages since last year and lash perm which are attended by Yan. She is patient, did a great job esp lash perm. I availed the 3D creative eyebrow threading and it is totally the best decision ever! Sandy is the one who did my brows and it was excellent. She certainly knows what is she doing and will definitely improve the shape of your brows. There is no hassle to draw my eyebrows everyday now. I should have gotten 3D eyebrow way way before!
