★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this branch and bought some items at around 1.20pm today. Had lunch, went to ntuc and went back to Laneige at 2.20pm to exchange the free trial kit because I remembered I have a lot of cleansing lotion at home and don’t need more.
The service staff on duty basically ‘accused’ me for opening the kit by placing a new bottle from her counter side by side and showed me the ‘difference’ between the two bottles (which is just more bubbles in mine probably because I walked around in ntuc with my purchases from Laneige)
She said they will just exchange it out of good will thereafter. I realised after that she was trying to make me feel bad. I never opened the kit and never tried it. If it is policy that you can’t exchange the kit due to COVID-19, just say so.
Don’t try to act like a kind soul and indirectly accuse me for doing something I never did. Lousy experience here as compared to the branch at Bugis Junction!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service staff was unfriendly- I had dry and sensitive skin and did not want the alcohol sanitizer. Staff told me upfront that I was not allowed to touch their products. Had she worded it in the way that she would assist me with the products instead, it would have been a pleasant experience. Left the shop immediately.

Love their products like their lip masks, foundation and pressed powder. The packaging is beautiful and conveniently fit into my bag. Will go there again as they make me feel comfortable and products are reliable. Thanks
