★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived at 2:50pm&saw a "Will be back in 1hr" sign with a clock that shows 3:30pm. Went back at 3:20pm&was shocked to see the timing changed to 4:30pm. Staff was inside and said lunch break for 2hrs when it was written 1hr. Terrible time management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location, clean, no-fuzz presentation. Friendly and competent staff, great product. I'd suggest adding a fitting room though. Merino is pricey but worth it - you can wear a single t-shirt for a week, it doesn't wrinkle, doesn't stink and takes up minimal space when travelling. It feels light and breathable even in tropical weather. Kinda the superfood of fabrics.

Will definitely return again.
I found the merino socks was comfortable and i ordered 4 more pairs online via whatsapp to the retail staff and made grab payment.
