Their App idea is great, and it allows room for at least some slight negotiation, better than the big shop in town, whereby they charged higher commission/markups. Good job Susan & team! = )

β β β β β First lux is the first choice when I consign my bags. They provide very good pick up service if you consign a bag, and delivery service if you buy a bag. They are very transparent with their prices and I appreciate that. Their app is easy to use and browse when you lie in your bed after a tired day, but still would like to do some shopping ?. I have just purchase a bag from them and the service rendered by their staff aya and sim are so warm and sincere. I am very happy I found my dream bag with firstlux. Keep up the good work! Highly recommended
