★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've recently purchased a Piper-Heidsieck 2008 Champagne from Icon Wines but later got an email stating that they ran out of 2008 and asking to replace with 2012. I agreed although I was disappointed and the reason why I purchased from them was because 2008 is really hard to find. What infuriates me the most is that I have selected a delivery date to deliver this to a client as a gift. I did give them heads up to contact my client directly if they wish to deliver earlier. They agreed to deliver on 4th Feb (Thurs), only to have my client dropped me a message saying that they delivered today (3rd Feb) instead. Although its a day difference but their service sucks. Dont bother ordering from their website, you are not going to get what you want anyway.
