Exactly 2years of using now my sofa 80%fabric is peeling off!!!
Not worth the 2k for using only for 2years.
Please consider before purchase,will rather buy the IKEA sofa

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought our sofa from Iconichaus in 2018, they advertise the “Leather Kleen” material as fire/scratch/water proof. It peeled less than a year into it, and now after 2+ years it peeled so badly that I have to look for new sofas now.
They’re no longer around I assume, but they might operate under a different shop name. Please buy from long standing shops!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely not contactable. Bought L Shape Recliner Sofa in 2017 that cost S$5000. One of the seats' motor cannot be activated and I wanted to ask them to service as it is within the warranty period sometime in 2020 (5 years warranty for workmanship and manufacturing defects). Their warranty came to naught as there is no way they can be reached by phones (or email sent with no reply) and their listed phone number 62909798 is not in use at all. They do not deserve even a "1 Star" - no after sales, no response, totally DON'T CARE to after sales.
