Even when our new company's UEN was not available in the MOM website, ICS also assisted us in this matter to ensure that all the required information is being presented to MOM before proceeding with the rest of the pass applications. ICS is very professional and knowledgable in all their services and definitely a good choice for any company struggling for MOM work pass matters.

While applying for EP, we were asked to submit additional documents by MOM(twice!) and also the process was dragged quite some due to pandemic, but then ICS was sooo helpful to proceed for the additional submission and really took care everything thought out the whole process. If you are looking for an EP application agency, I strongly recommend ICS. It will be a worry-free choice for you. :D

It is easier when things are straight but you need helping hands when you are going through uncertain / tough times like the current pandemic. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My company took the services of ICS for my EP application. ICS provided a very efficient and seamless service, especially given the pandemic situation. They are easily reachable on call to resolve any confusion and provide in depth clarity. I could not travel to Singapore within the stipulated period mentioned in IPA. ICS applied for the extension of my IPA in a timely manner and I was granted six months extension. After reaching Singapore, ICS promptly applied for EP card issuance which I received within a week. The card was delivered by them at my house. Really happy with the services. Highly recommended !!!
