I enjoyed the aerial yoga a lot, the instructors here are patient and professional and also so far the students I met in class are very helpful as well, they made the class like a family, helping each other when they need to, highly recommend IDance!

The teachers, students and staff here are friendly and attentive. Classes never feel too overcrowded and my yoga practice feels more meaningful and deeper than just a fitness routine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took 2 different walk-in classes. I tried a few other yoga classes at other centers before I found this place. What makes IDance Yoga & Fitness Studio different from the rest of the yoga centers which I experienced is that the staff and teachers here are friendly and really great! I feel really welcomed by both teachers even though it was my first time in both classes. The teachers do share about their experiences, etc, in class and after class too. They also respond to any questions which we have. Class are really fun too! Laughter can be heard in class. The process of booking walk in class is really simple and seamless too, with the efficient and friendly admins at the center. :)
Would highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to learn yoga, especially beginners who would like to try out but worry about not fitting into class, etc. :)
