Platinum Yoga Toa Payoh - Block 190 Lor 6 Toa Payoh

Had my free trial class ( hatha for begginers) at toa payoh branch . The last time i did yoga was more than a decade ago, and didnt expect that i can still do most of the “poses” with the help of the teacher. They will correct your posture during the class and will push / challenge you, but with your consent. Anu is the one who assisted me and gave me options about the membership plans. She helped and answered all my non stop questions. Thanks Anu!

Anushaka from Platinum Toapayoh outlet helped me to get the membership. We had a bit of miss understanding about the plan at the beginning and she was patient to explain me. I managed to get one year membership with 3 months free and they gave me 15 days free extra for the inconvenience caused. That was so nice of them. So far I enjoyed the yoga classes with PlatinumYoga.

My friend recommended Platinum Yoga and here’s where I learnt yoga and Pilate for the 1st time. Been here for 1 year. I like the friendly staff Rita (AMK), Makati ((TPY). I like teacher Yogi. I always join his hot Hatha and core yoga. I’m very sad that he left. Why? Why he left??? He’s a great teacher. I like teacher Sonal. I like that she will come and correct our form. Her instruction is clear. She will push us when she thinks we can do it and encourage us to try. I like that when she says “if you are struggling, keep on struggling” At least, I know we all are struggling the right way and form.

This is a very unethical yoga place , after giving them more than 6 months notice to terminate my contract; they continue to charge my credit card continuously 3 months even after i call , email to the center! Now it is over to Credit card Fraud department and CASE to take up this matter with Platinum Yoga. Im writing to warn anyone who have intentions to join them to think twice and be careful with yr credit card details. Dont support this unethical company !

I attended an evening session on 15 Feb 2022 . Reached slightly early but was told by the Filipino staff I could not enter because there was a “government class and we are not allowed to mingle”. Even though her tone was rude, I obliged and went downstairs to wait. But when I returned, I realised the corporate class students were still in the studio anyway. The “overlapping” excuse completely did not make sense as I saw corporate class students still in the toilet when we went in. We also did not see the staff sanitise the studio, the toilets and the reception area. I also felt a hostile energy from the younger staff when she questioned if I booked a class. I do not think that it was necessary to speak to any paying member in that tone, and if I were a walk-in member, she could have asked politely and book me in. Overall a bad experience with the counter staff at Toa Payoh. Been a member for a long time and visited other outlets and had no issues. This is the only time I felt that the counter staff was rude. Perhaps customer service training for these 2 staff is required. Would not recommend this outlet unless the teacher you like is teaching there, which was what made my class experience ok for me today. Update : I would also like to compliment the staff on duty in the mornings. She has been friendly and helpful since I first met her, thanks for making my visit pleasant.

Instructor is very good. Nice environment. 1st visit. Very impressed.

i am new to yoga and was a bit apprehensive in the beginning. My fears were totally unfounded. because the teachers and staff were super helpful. I improve tremendously in just a few months. i am very happy with my progress. i would highly recommend Platinum Yoga for people who want to take on yoga to improve their health

I've been learning yoga for a few years. Despite how many yoga centres I have visited before, Platinum Yoga is still the best centre that I love. The cleanliness, spaciousness of the class atmosphere makes me feel relaxed after long working hours. My favorite teacher, Mann & Yogi, helps to relieve my stress & burden throughout the stretch & breathing. High recommended!!
