very friendly and attentive staffs. all plants are arrannged neatly, fresh and lovely.

They are from Kovan No.16. Happy to see the old boss there. The quality of the plants are still good with lots of variety.

Nice place for festival flower

Value for money plants, cheapest I’ve seen around various nurseries. Huge walking space and many varieties. But there may be language barrier with some of the staff. Overall, still good experience.

Spacious plant nursery, enjoy the aircon section n friendly staffs. Retail price of plants are clearly labelled. Near to bus stop, Punggol LRT n spacious parking lots. My kids loves the wooden swings there. Relax n enjoyable trip to ideal flora....highly recommended.

Excellent Indian staff. BUT, met one exceptionally idiotic local Chinese lady who fails miserably as a business and sales person. Hence the 1 star. I had bought a pot set just a few days before but unfortunately cracked the base plate whilst transporting it home. I came down to buy a replacement and this lady claimed the previous sales staff had sold me the wrong set and that the base plate and pot did not go together. She said that I needed to buy the entire pot set if I wanted the base plate. The other staff ( Indian and one elderly Chinese) said I could buy it separately, but she insisted on overruling everyone that it could not. The Indian staff said it was DEAD STOCK that was not moving but she did not seem to understand the basic business fundamentals of being a stockist. Left the place angry. Found an alternative next door to them and got it at a decently low price. This place sells things at a higher price than their neighbours but I've always gone to them because they have a lot of experienced and friendly Indian gardeners who give you the right advice. Leaving this review because I have never come across such a response from anyone regarding an item as modular and as innocuous as a plain brown pot and base plate. We are not talking about precision machined tools here.

After much thought I think I should send this feedback about dishonesty of your staff. I visited your nursery on 14th Dec 2021 and try to buy some plants. When ask for the price of one of the pot, the staff told me the plant cost 35!! I double confirmed with him cause I was shock by how pricey this small pot of plant cost and he insisted that it cost 35 but willing to give me a discounted price of 32. I was so turned down by this as I know roughly how much this type of plant cost and hence I left without buying anything. On 25th Dec 2021 I went to your nursery again. This time round the manager serve me and I checked price with him again. This time the manager tell me it only cost SGD8!! I bought this plant and another bigger pot of plant together which only cost me SGD20... I understand that your staff might want to mark up some price so that they can earn some extra commission. But mark up the price for almost 5 times is insanely greedy. I hope you can do something and remind them not to be so greedy as this will really turn your potential customer down.
