Ordered three dishes on our first visit, the restaurant have servers that can speak Thai which is nice. The Tom yum pork ribs soup have the right punch, the pork is generous, unfortunately the taste of frozen pork is very obvious and the meat is a bit tough. I don’t mind paying a little more if the restaurant can use fresh pork. The portion is good for 3 pax. The prawn glass noodles is nice with the right wetness and generous also with 5 big prawn, highly recommended. The Pandan chicken is normal and taste better when goes with the Thai chilli. Looking forward to try other dishes on the next visit. Overall the pricing is reasonable, but prepared to queue on weekend.

Fabulous choices by my Thai bestie. Star of the night goes to Tom kai gai - simply the best tender chicken in coconut gravy with a refreshing tinge of assam that lingers well. All dishes served awas just perfectly heavenly. Love the friendly service of the whole team that makes us chill with zen vibes in the bustling ambience. This is a must try hangout place if you are at northeast area. ???️ Wide array of choices for us to be back again.

Restaurant is located at a fantastic place, nice ambience and a good lovely crowd. If you’re looking for a quiet meal, this ain’t a place to be with the hustle and bustle of the drinking crowd. Food itself was good, not exactly anything to scream about but delicious enough and authentic! Only gripe is the waiting time, took quite awhile for the food to be ready and served. Nice refreshing century egg salad, satisfying plate of Pad Thai and a nice plate of Kra Pow Chicken. Good meal :)

came by on a Sunday afternoon for a chilled atmosphere and some cold beer. Even though we were seated at the Pump Station 1965 bar right next door, it seems they have a menu sharing concept with Kin Kao Mai, which was great because the food was excellent and represented very fair value.

Items here are relatively pricey. Taste wise fair, portion size are average as well. One of my favourite dishes is the steamed sea bass with lime and garlic, flavour is good. The tom yum flavour in the tom yum fried rice is really mild, but their olive rice tastes great. The soft shell crab has minimal meat, Pad Thai tastes good, and the grilled squid is your regular grilled squid kinda taste. Their frizzy drink fruit flavours are not actual fruit, but premixes so for those who are actually looking for real fruit you may skip this. (Yuzu would probably be the best option) Service wise is good, standard quick service delivered. Overall, fairly good experience but unlikely to come back again for cost reasons as there are other cheaper thai food options of similar calibre.

Price: Reasonable after you've tasted the quality. Taste: Moo ping was awesome, so was the tom yum koong. Can taste the fresh herbs and spices. Even the rice was very well prepared, fragrant, soft and fluffy. Finished everything happily. Ambience: reminiscence of Thailand vibe and is very comfortable when the weather is right

Food overall is decent but nothing to shout about. I would suggest that it’s more of a drinking/ chill out place rather than a go-to Thai cuisine restaurant. Prices are reasonable and portions were alright. Due to Covid-19, there are not a lot of tables so I would suggest popping by earlier to secure your table ahead of the peak hour crowd. I would say that Kin Kao Mai stands out from the other restaurants at Punggol Container Park (food wise I assume most would prefer Asian cuisine compared to fusion cuisine offered by other restaurants). Nice place to chill with friends or families.

We are having a decent Thai dinner with great ambiance at Kin Kao Mao. Food was served quite fast despite full house, not really outstanding but can definitely satisfy your craving for Thai foods if any. They also have friendly and helpful staffs too. Family friendly go to location.
