Great place for anyone who is looking to repair their Apple device, the staff on the 6th floor are very friendly and are willing to answer your questions. The only small bad thing about them is went I send in my iMac for repair as they say they are able to do it and would be able to collect it in 3 days I was like alright with it but in the end the whole repairs thing took almost a month to do it and I have to visit their store plus give them a called just to give me a simple answer that they are not able to do it as they are unable to separate graphics from the motherboard to do the repair despite multiple tries in the end they just reassemble the computer back for me and return back to me without any hidden fees. Overall the whole experience was alright nothing to say much as for that small unpleasant encounter and if I have any problems with my Apple device or computer I would still go back to them plus recommend them to my friends and family member

Repair turnaround rate is fuss free, fast and they are responsive to updates more time is required on working the problems you have on your machine. Customer service wise Jerry and the team are professional and friendly bunch and gave me reasonable prices compared to the rest. If there’s any Mac related repairs I will come back to them and highly recommend their services to my family and friends.

Worst experience ever. Would give zero star if i could. My sister went to this place to replace the glass over her iphone camera as it was cracked. Tested it out yesterday to check and everything was working well and image was clear without the cracked glass over as it fell out yesterday. She took videos today as well just before sending her phone to the store, using the camera with the broken glass. However, after the store evaluated the condition of the camera they charged my sister $50 for the replacement of glass, they went ahead to fix the glass. To my sister’s dismay, when she went back to collect her phone the camera was totally damaged and the image is totally blurry and nothing can be seen through the camera! She feedback that it was not like this just before heading to the store and she even showed proof of the videos she took before heading down to the store with the timestamp. The store insisted that they did not damage the camera even when the proof was shown. They changed the glass again but the camera was still damaged and they continue to insist that they did not damage the camera. What’s best was that they still charged my sister the $50 when they damaged her camera and they asked for another $200+ to fix the camera that they damage! What kind of service is this? Very unreliable and dishonest place.

6th floor is good but 2nd floor is terrible. I first went to their retail branch on the 2nd floor to get my macbook air repaired. My mum went to drop it off and pick it up. When she picked it up the woman claimed the problem was fixed but my mum didn't really understand what the issue was in the first place so didn't know how to test it and the woman didn't test it in front of her. She brought it home and I realised the problem was not fixed at all. We brought it back two days later to complain and the woman was very rude and dismissive. We complained so much she finally sent us up to the 6th floor (idt gallery) which is where they do their technical repairs. On the 6th floor they asked us to give them another chancr to fix them and they were very nice and explained things clearly. We came back the next day and they had properly fixed the problem and tested it out thoroughly in front of us. What they should have done is given us some compensation for all the back and forth we had to do because of their mistake but at least they fixed the problem so I'm really happy. Their technicians on the 6th floor are lovely people and easy to deal with. They need to work on the staff they hire on the 2nd floor.

I am a long time customer of this shop, a lot of my electronics (e.g. Macbook, IMAC and Iphone) are all fixed by them. I have full trust with their team, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Using their professional judgement, they are very transparent with what they are doing. They will not urge you to waste money, on the repairs that can be done.

Please always check the price before fix the replacement part as they charge $150 for just a pair of speaker. But after checking other shop then realize that is just less then $80 with part and assembly. So to remind as always check the price as not all the shop in Sim Lim are trustable.

My MacBook was under warranty so I brought it to Apple store a few days back. However, they told me it was my motherboard issue and I will have to replace it. Thank god, I did not went ahead with replacing the motherboard. I found this shop by chance, they did a thorough diagnose and came to the same verdict as Apple. However, what I like about this shop is that they help me. Instead of asking me to pay a hefty price on the motherboard instantly, they suggested to try and fix the motherboard (which is cheaper then replacing). Fast forward to present: my macbook was fixed by this shop, I am a happy and satisfied customer. I will recommend anyone to come to this shop if you have experienced the same situation as me, the staff here are very helpful and knowledgeable with their work.
