And Sales person is willing to do an exchange for other item.
Service is reasonably good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was looking for a 12V adapter plug which was a daunting task for me as I am not well-versed with electronic parts so I brought my faulty one to look for a similar product.
The staff saw how confused I probably looked and offered to render help of which I happily accepted. The lady boss offered to find the right adapter with the right size and shared with me with some information that was very relevant for my future electronics shopping.
Was told I could do a 1-for-1 exchange should the size not fit and fortunately it works great.
10/10 service.
