β β β β β Terrible service, unprofessional! Contacted them for fillers for my laugh line, thru what's app messages we confirmed the appointment. Agreed there is no consultation fee $80 being charge as l will be taking up their fillers treatment. But when l reached there, they wanted to charged me consultation fee of $80, show them all the correspondence text messages clearly stated if there is consultation charges l will give it a miss. But all they can say is, " No, l m sorry". After waited for 45mins in their clinic. I have been to quite a few Aesthetic clinic for treatment, have never encountered such terrible unprofessional service before. Have also compared prices with other clinic, realised their prices r higher than other clinic too. Will never go back again. By the way, don't be mislead by good review as review can be paid to write. Esp those who got only less than 5 reviews, always look for ppl who wrote many reviews. Those r more reliable.

β β β β β Iβve been coming here for over a year and LOVE it! Everyone is always so cheerful and sweet, and the laser and pigmentation treatments are really effective. I think the package deals are pretty fair for the level of service, location and effectiveness. Definitely recommend!

β β β β β I recently tried out Illumiaβs Hyfu Facelift. Dr Ong was really sweet and bubbly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I also liked that she was very upfront about the pain level so that I could mentally prepare myself (not that it was unbearable!!)
Minjae was also very kind to me before, during and after the procedure, making sure to follow up and give me the neccessary after care instructions.
Thank you Dr Ong and all the lovely staff at Illumia ?

β β β β β I appreciate that they are transparent with their pricing - while they offered options (buy more for less), they certainly do not hard sell them. They do not rush me while I make my decision, I feel respected and understood.
Special shout out to λ―Όμ¬ & μΈμ§ for making me laugh everytime :D They always made sure I am comfortable throughout the treatment, it almost felt like they were my μΉκ΅¬κ°μμ γ

β β β β β I am most pleased with Minjae. She is very caring, patient and concerned with our or as her patientβs welfare.
She will still keep in contact with me and ensure everything is alright after my treatment. She is very patience towards my numerous questions and even though itβs after her working hours.
We need people like her and not just customer service staffs.
Last but not least, Dr Ram is very professional and skillful. Rest assured to have the best advice and treatment from him.
I will definitely recommend here to everybody.

β β β β β I consulted with Dr Ram on the available options for removing my facial pigmentation. Dr Ram was very professional and patiently explained the PicoSure laser option to me. He had deep knowledge of the issue and advised me thoroughly.
I decided to go ahead and started my 1st session shortly after. Nurse Sejin was also very professional and assured me when I was nervous and prepared me well both before and after the laser treatment. Dr Ram performed the laser procedure with much skill and I experienced minimal downtime. My face also healed well after the session.
Overall, I am very satisfied and I am looking forward to my upcoming sessions and ultimately a face finally free of pigmentation!!
