Courier missed me by 30mins on 26 Jan and I called in to customer service immediately to reschedule it to 27 Jan (9am to 12pm). Wasted my next wfh day waiting for the parcel to arrive to realise that the delivery guy sent them back to the warehouse and updated the tracking website saying that the parcel will be delivered by today. Wasted another of my wfh day waiting and spam calling CS, failing to reach them multiple times. I finally called through and they said that the delivery will be rescheduled to 2 Feb. Will update if I ever receive my parcel. Didn't expect Samsung to cheap out on their courier service for Galaxy buds. Update: Delivery guy called 1 day before scheduled date and time and I had to rush home to collect the buds... Glad I finally managed to receive the buds tbh. I don't even care about the timing anymore cos they never match up to when we schedule them.

Despite many bad reviews, i have a pleasant experience (woodlands). Maybe improvement have been made? (1st) notification msg to me to inform that shipment has been confirmed, (2nd) msg on scheduled delivery details, (3rd) msg from delivery personnel that he is arriving soon. Parcels delivered in good condition with bubble wrap.

Where is my Samsung order? I'm sure you get asked this question a lot because the delivery services are shockingly bad. Suggest that Samsung disassociates itself from this "logistics" company. I've waited a week, that's long enough. Dear Samsung, I'd like to cancel my order and switch to Apple because they also have proper devices and proper delivery services to ensure satisfactory customer experience.

Really awful delivery company. 10 hour delivery window and you expect someone to be home for 10 hours to wait for you? And after that 10 hours, no show. Received a message saying that you will deliver the next day anytime during a 4 hour window. So after waiting for 10 hours, no I need to wait for another 4. Next day, no show again. I can't belive Samsung uses you for their delivery service. Also makes me lose respect for Samsung. Useless company.

Despite bad reviews, was surprised that the customer service officers, a female (unfortunately didn't get her name) and the 2nd officer, Charlie, were very helpful to arrange for a convenient time for delivery. Even the delivery personnel was kind enough to message to inform ETA. Good job to all these staff! Thank you very much and do keep up your good work!

Horrible experience. No advanced notification of delivery causing me to miss the delivery. My family members at home did not hear any doorbell or knock from the delivery person. Customer service was a bit rude and did not get back to me after needing to check on more info about my delivery. Had to call again and was attended to a nicer lady who arranged the next delivery for me. And dont bother messaging their Whatsapp number. Did not get a reply at all.

Pre-ordered new phone thru Samsung Online Store last month. Got SMS yesterday from IM Logistics that asked me to wait at home from 10am-8pm for delivery, so I stayed at home to wait. Unfortunately they did not show up and I called Samsung Hotline to ask for feedback. I was told that they would escalate to the team. Today, up until noon, I have not heard any updates from either Samsung or IM Logistic. So I called again to Samsung to tell them that I did not receive updates. After got few min. getting on hold, the Samsung customer service told me that they already feedback to their management and the team will call me back. Kind of frustrated with their delivery service, I pretty sure that Samsung, who has such big fleet of customers could find a better logistic company that can do decent job. Update: Got my phone delivered on today evening after got a call from IM Logistic. Revised to 2 star rating cause of their immediate response after 2 calls. Nevertheless, in my opinion, I think that there are a lot rooms for improvement, not here to ask for the fastest delivery service, but at least provide customer a time frame that deliver personnel can meet, so that customer does not wait at home for nothing.

My samsung order arrived fast in good condition. I received an sms the day before saying it would be delivered the next day and the driver called me when he arrived to ask me where he should put the item since I was not at home. He sent me a photo of where it was placed. Professional and fast service
