My sister did eyelash extensions here yesterday. The lash tech accidentally glued one of her eye shut and asked my sister to pry it off using her fingers. Today she came back because it was swollen and infected. We asked for a refund but they did not want to give a refund. She said she could redo them but my sister's eyes were really red, swollen and irritated so we had to decline redoing them. We had to call our mother who then argued with her to get them removed. The lash tech was at the front desk taking calls when we came in and when we showed her my sister's eyes, she did not sanitise her hands, wash her hands or wear gloves and touched my sister's eyes directly which made it more irritated. When removing the lashes, my sister told her that her eyes felt like they were burning. She used a bowl and water and her bare hands to wash my sister's eyes which i fpund cery unsanitary and whatever product on my sister's eye that was irritating her kept being put onto her eyes because she used a bowl of water to clear it. While removing her phone or the company phone kept on ringing and she was looking at the phone every few minutes in the middle of removinn my sister's eyelash extensions. Very unprofessional.

Come at your own risk, had an uncomfortable experience throughout. Manicurist couldnt stop talking to me and asking me questions, I just wanted to do my nails and rest. Already had a feeling this aggressive form of building rapport was to ask me to sign a package (no doubt its true) Super pushy as well, I said NO 3 times quite firmly to her upselling but she still insisted to try her luck, it was extremely unprofessional. My bill came up to be shocking, my bad for not checking the price first but if I were to said yes to all her “add ons” the amount would have been even crazier. Total bill of $200 for gel mani pedi + removal and some $10 soap. They said its normal for cny but judge for yourselves. The whole experience was just so uncomfortable to the extend I almost wished I could leave halfway when she was being overly pushy.

Genuinely disappointing. I came in to get a classic mani two weeks ago. Everything was fine until the manicurist started painting my nails; she left so many smudges along the sides. I thought to myself “you know what, maybe she’ll clean it up after it dries”, but no, she didn’t. She proceeded to head out to buy food, leaving me in her chair for my nails to dry which was fine, except for what she said when she came back. She walked in, looked at me and asked “do you want to leave now?”. I’m like wait WHAT. I told her no, you left so many smudges on my fingers and cuticles and didn’t clean up. She took a look at my nails and went “ya because …” and then she went silent and finally cleaned up the nails. I don’t know what kind of service this is, but come on, at least do a proper job.

I have been using their nail devices for the past years. Always a memorable and relaxing experience. I especially love the clean and cosy environment! The staff (Natalie, Nikki and Mei Hui) are friendly and professional. They do an awesome job doing your nails without rushing, carefully and meticulously ensuring they provide the most excellent service. Though the price is steep, I appreciate that they genuinely care about the health of my (and my mum’s) nails. They would explain their products (e.g mousse for cracked skin and spray for fungus) to ensure we not only have pretty nails but also healthy and clean ones! On top of the them, I can confidently say they offer one of the most pretty and vibrant colours compared to other salons I’ve been to. They would apply three layers to ensure the colour comes through just like what we have chosen in the first place. I recommend number 08 gel, which a beautiful dark red/maroon. It’s my favourite colour for both mani and pedi!
