Emmaline Manicure

Went to try because of the good reviews and close proximity to my house. Did acrylic extensions there but was disappointed :( My hands were roughly handled and I had 3 fingers that bled. The acrylic was really thick, not consistent, and weird shape with no proper apex build up like acrylics should have. The nail shape was rather slanted. Good thing is that they are able to fix any problems FOC within 2 weeks of the service being done, did that but not much improvement either :( Nail art and polish application was good and smooth , though, specifically done by the owner herself. So I guess regular gel polish will be fine albeit at the risk of getting your fingers hurt. For the price especially, I think better services can be found elsewhere. No frills place which I'm not a fan of but will be fine for those who don't mind.

Simple, no-frills place. Staff are friendly and not pushy, did my nails well and price was relatively affordable.

The manicures/pedicures here are fine but the issue is their scheduling. Even if you have a confirmed appointment, they accept walk-ins at the same time (even if they know they don't have enough staff). So they don't have the number of manicurists / pedicurists they need to be able to service all clients. In other words, they do not prioritize clients who have made appointments in advance. To make this worse, their staff show up late to work, so you end up waiting due to that, too. I went to this shop four times, and I've waited all four times for staff to arrive (even though I purposefully moved my appointment to a later time to accommodate). So I have finally decided to stop going to Emmaline Manicure for their services. Fortunately, there are many other places in Roxy Square that offer the same services, and those shops are better managed/keep to their scheduling commitments.

Visit this nail salon as it comes highly recommended by my friend. The staffs are really friendly and the service quality is excellent really. I am really happy with the end result. Made me feel like a princess of the day.

Chanced upon this salon on Google when looking for a manicure in the area (am not an Eastie). No hard selling at all and careful ombré gel work. Reasonable prices to boot. I would return if in the area!

PERFECT! A for the workmanship! I did a gel extension. The lady was super skilled, had a good eye on being detailed and the finishing is so clean and sharp. Definitely a good money spent. They got the standard colours but promised to bring in more vibrant neon colours by next month! Despite being a vietnamese with basic English, I appreciate them being friendly, kind and patience especially when I was trying to select the colour I wanted. I hope their business blooms up!?

The ladies were very friendly and efficient, my nails look great and she was able to fulfill my desired design flawlessly. For $48 classic gel ($38 for Non design) , it was worth it and i definitely will come back here again.

Saw all the great reviews on Emmaline Manicure so i decided to give it a try. I went there to do classic mani and ask for a matte coat. First the nail polish colour i asked for seems chunky so the person kept adding some kind of solution/oil into it. Was told to be careful as it takes awhile for the nail polish to dry. Therefore i only dared to touched it after like 6 hours. Yet as seen in the photo shown, it doesnt seem to be drying at all and the nail polish is all over the place. Contacted them and they did offer to redo however it is very out of the way, so i asked for a refund but was denied. I really wouldnt go here again.. totally regretted.. ? Update: The Owner contacted me and has apologise and rectified the problem by reassuring me that he will look into it as well as refunding me. Appreciated the prompt response.
