Today I had a 2hr traditional Chinese massage. The masseuse had a strong touch, which frankly I needed. The place is neat and price vs quality is good. A place to go back to.

Massage therapists are proficient and our 45min foot reflexology + 15min shoulder massage ($35) turned out pretty good. Generally the ambiance is quite soothing and the seats are cushy. The shop is right next to the bus terminal but you would barely notice it once you're seated inside. It looks like there's free WiFi, though I didn't test the WiFi quality. My main gripe is this: Another customer came in talking loudly and rudely, and the lady manning the counter (supposedly not the owner) made zero effort to get that inconsideratecustomer to lower her voice. Furthermore, the same counter-sitting lady herself talked loudly and would bark assignments to the therapists waiting all the way inside. It's a pity, because I would not have been so disgruntled with the shop had that counter lady been better at managing the shop, and this would have been a 4 star rating instead.

They have very talented masseuse, very impressive! I’ve been experiencing back pain and went to multi massage area, came out with dissatisfaction. BUT Image Spa is impressive, I did not inform of the back pain but they seem to know which point to massage. The aching back spot has disappeared, I am not kidding. My fiancé & I will be coming back for sure! Masseuse May & Jia is awesome!

Assaulted by Chinese woman masseur and she even made comments about it. Called front desk to report, and no actions were taken. Horrible humans.

Changed owner and raised prices across all services without informing existing customers prior (indeed our bad too that we did not re-verify the prices again beforehand). Service level dropped as well for the massages - masseurs “going through motion” rather than actual massage. Better alternatives are available considering their price point and service level.

I don't know how most of u say it is good.. It is the worst massage I ever had! Website state different thing. Walk in also different thing.. Asking a whole body massage.. 90% focusing on my shoulder.. the rest is on middle back & leg.. Doesnt even touch my lower back.. Most of the time I felt rubbing the skin than the muscle or nerve point.. Rate 0/5

I was recommended to Image Spa, and was warned that the place looked dodgy but well-known for their good massage. True enough, the massage was one of the best I have ever gotten. It was a fuss-free experience. You pay for the massage before entering, and there is no one who will force you to sign a package. It is easy to book a slot as they have many masseuses. It looks like their masseuses are all well-trained and skillful as I had a different masseuse from those names I read about, but she was equally good. Prices are competitive and reasonable. The only thing that could be improved, is the lady boss sitting at the counter... She wasn't friendly at all.
