★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haughty and sarcastic attitude that is very much unwarranted - what's worse is the lack of transparency on the prices. What's quoted as a ballpark 99.99% of the time are 2x - 4x of what they really are in the end. No breakdown nor receipt is also given until you beg for it - in fact when you are under GA, I wonder how many people can have the mind to even think to ask or the receipt.
Professionalism at it's worse. Would have given zero stars. Take caution.
