Learning new insight and would definitely be using it on a daily basic.
The course is definitely not dull, and theory. There’s hands on activities to make it related to our job scope and make it customised for us too.
The venue has amazing view too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spent 2 days with my company at Imageworks attending the Professional Image & Etiquette For Effective Communication programme and I must say I was totally wowed by it. This course was conducted during the week when I was really tired (having to attend another night programme conducted from US) and also, having attended similar course a few times before, I did not expect much. But I was totally wrong. Not only was Sherrin Lim (our Master Trainer) very knowledgeable and experienced, her high energy level allowed me to overcome my tiredness and I was totally engaged. I left not only with new insights about my strengths and weaknesses, I actually know what to do to bridge the gaps. In addition, the entire journey preparing ourselves before we came for the course was just amazing. The staff team responsible for onboarding us was not only patient with the many changes we made, they were also very hospitable when we were onsite for training. Well done to Imageworks! Definitely recommend this company and course.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The course was very practical, insightful and fun. I learned a lot about how to change my look to be more professional and more mature. The best part was when Serena helped us to understand color scheme that suits us the most! The role play also really helps me to be aware of my body language and how to conciously improve it. In addition, I really appreciate Serena who has gone to the extra mile by helping me with my eyebrow shape!! Highly recommended course on professional image!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best Professional Development Courses I have attended so far. The trainer Serena Chan is an expert in her field and and is a privilege to be in her class. She even went the extra mile to give professional advice based on individual needs which is really helpful. I will never look at colours and styling the same way again! This course is an eye opener for me! There is so much to learn from Serena!
